What to write about
- A file that measured wrongly: the format, the size it showed, and the size you expected.
- A format it can’t read yet, such as a camera raw type.
- An upload limit that has changed or a platform you’d like checked.
- A web page whose images the scan missed.
- Anything confusing, broken or slow, on any device.
What helps most
Say which tab you used, which browser and device, and what you saw. For a link or a page scan, include the address if it is public. Please don’t attach or paste private photos; describing the file (format, camera or app, approximate size) is usually enough to reproduce the problem.
What happens next
I read every message. Fixes for wrong measurements come first, and a confirmed problem becomes a permanent test so it can’t come back. There is no ticket number or status page, and the form doesn’t ask for an email address, so if you’d like a reply, include a way to reach you in the message.

The form sends your message along with this site’s domain and the page path, nothing else. Don’t include passwords or other sensitive details. The privacy policy explains how feedback is stored and how long it is kept.
